This trauma-informed journey is designed to help you unravel the deep emotional imprint left by either your mother or father figure.
This 6-session container is ideal for you if you struggle with:

- Rejection or criticism
- Guilt or grief connected to one parent
- Anger, shame, or suppressed childhood rage
- Unworthiness, lack of selflove/confidence and self-doubt
- People-pleasing, co-depedency or hyper-independence
We work through the inner child, energetic blocks, and Ancestral imprints/Dysfunctions stored in the nervous system and emotional body.
Each session brings deeper integration, reparenting, and emotional liberation.
